The classic theme of "12 Days of Christmas" is illustrated with small designs that can be stitched as individual ornaments, bell pulls, a patchwork Christmas tree, a Christmas stocking, a Christmas-tree skirt or other projects. There are also two different renditions of the theme designed in a Christmas tree motif and three alphabets with four borders. Detailed instructions for stitching and framing or finishing the projects are included.
