     From cradle to young adulthood, this journal helps LDS youth document the people, events and dates that form the basis for cherished memories in the years to come. It is the best tool available for young Latter-day Saints to preserve the details of their very own life story. There are pages and headings for writing down all the significant information about the journal-keeper's past, such as one's birth and blessing, plus several sheets assigned to pre-school age groups. 

A two-page spread is provided for every school year, from kindergarten through high school, with places for teachers' names, favorite subjects, special activities and friends, hobbies, family activities, and local and world events that happened during the year. Girls can list Primary graduation, Young Women values, and camping certificates. Boys can enter their Scouting achievements, as well as Priesthood ordinations and growth. Attention is focused on recording Church ordinances such as baptism, confirmation, and patriarchal blessings. The final section is devoted to family relationships, with space provided for photographs of family members. Pedigree charts and family group records are also included. 

This personal history journal is designed to increase in value through the years and its family information helps establish the importance of genealogy early in life. When used as suggested, the book will become a family heirloom and a treasured keepsake.
